Neoskin Cream is a potent dermatological preparation designed to provide comprehensive treatment for a wide range of inflammatory, bacterial, and fungal skin conditions. By combining a powerful corticosteroid, a broad-spectrum antibiotic, and an effective antifungal agent, it rapidly reduces redness and itching while eliminating the underlying causes of infection.

Neoskin Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of mixed skin infections. It is highly effective for inflammatory conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis when complicated by bacterial or fungal infections. It is also used to treat stubborn ringworm, athlete's foot, infected sweat rashes, and severe cases of "allergic" skin reactions that do not respond to milder creams.
Neoskin contains a potent steroid (Clobetasol). It should not be used on the face, underarms, or groin area for extended periods unless specifically directed by a doctor, as it can cause skin thinning (atrophy) or stretch marks. Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, or for viral infections like chickenpox or herpes.
Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a thin film of Neoskin Cream and rub in gently twice daily (morning and evening). Treatment should usually be limited to 7 to 14 days. If symptoms do not improve within one week, discontinue use and consult our pharmacist.
Note: Always wash your hands after application to prevent spreading the infection or getting the medication in your eyes. Do not cover the treated area with airtight dressings (bandages) unless instructed, as this increases steroid absorption.
Mild stinging, burning, or itching at the application site may occur. Long-term use can lead to skin thinning, pigment changes, or fine red lines (broken capillaries). If you experience severe irritation, swelling, or signs of an allergic reaction, wash the cream off immediately and seek medical advice.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use beyond the expiry date printed on the crimp of the tube.
Q: Can I use Neoskin for my baby’s diaper rash?
A: No. Neoskin contains a very strong steroid and is generally not suitable for infants or for use under diapers. Consult our pharmacist for a dedicated baby barrier cream.
Q: Does Neoskin clear dark spots?
A: No. Neoskin is a medicated treatment for infections and inflammation; it is not a cosmetic skin-lightening cream and should not be used for hyperpigmentation.
Q: Can I use Neoskin for a long time?
A: Continuous use should be avoided. If the infection clears, stop the cream. Using it for more than 2 weeks without a break can damage the skin.
Q: Is Neoskin safe during pregnancy?
A: Use during pregnancy should be minimized and only under medical supervision. Consult our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Q: Do I need a prescription?
A: No. It is available over the counter at Sanlive Pharmacy, but we recommend a brief consultation with our pharmacist to ensure it is the right treatment for your skin condition.
