The standard dose is one or two drops in the affected eye(s) up to 4 times daily.
Application Technique:
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Tilt your head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid.
Apply the drop(s) into the pocket created. Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or any surface to maintain sterility.
Close your eye and press gently on the inner corner (near the nose) for 1 minute to keep the medicine in the eye.
If using other eye medications, wait at least 15 minutes between applications.
Common side effects include a temporary stinging or burning sensation immediately after application. Some patients may notice slightly dilated pupils or a "watery" feeling. If you experience severe eye pain, headache, or a sudden change in vision, stop use and contact our pharmacist.
