Standard Dosage Guidelines:

Application Tips:

Q: Can I give this with "Paracetamol"?
A: Yes. Rhinathiol does not interact with Paracetamol (Panadol/Calpol). It is safe to use both if the child also has a fever.
Q: Why is my child coughing more after taking it?
A: This is actually a sign the medicine is working. Because the mucus is now thinner, the body’s natural reflex is to cough it out. This "productive" coughing is necessary to clear the chest.
Q: Can I mix it with another cough syrup?
